11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Clients are responsible for payment of work completed to date
• Work-in-progress files may be provided at our discretion
• Deposits are non-refundable

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
